Q: What happens if I order a custom swimsuit, and it doesn't fit, or I don't like it?
A: If there is any problem with the sizing or design email firstname.lastname@example.org for an adjustment consultation. We will work with you to help fix any issues within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Since all our pieces are custom, we are unable to accept returns. Shipping not included for adjustments.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: After you place your order and select the two fabrics for your swimsuit, it will take 3-6 days to complete, and 3-5 days for shipping. If you need the swimsuit within a certain time frame, please leave a note on your order with any special requests.
Q: What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
A: If your order does not arrive please contact email@example.com. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance and provides tracking.
Q: What happens if the fabric I want is no longer available?
A: Our fabrics change pretty frequently. If a fabric is sold out, we will contact you via email to discuss different options for your order. If the fabric is still available from the manufacturer, it will take an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the fabric- no additional charge.
