Q: How much is Shipping?
A: Sable Rose Bikinis ships exclusively with USPS Priority Mail, which also insures your package. We are currently providing free shipping for purchases over $75. All purchases below $75 is only a $7.50 flat rate fee.
Q: What happens if I order a custom swimsuit, and it doesn't fit, or I don't like it?
A: If there is any problem with the sizing or design email sablerosebikinis@gmail.com for an adjustment consultation. We offer a FREE 1x alteration to the fit/ size of a custom swimsuit within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Since all our pieces are custom, we are unable to accept returns. Shipping not included for adjustments. Sable Rose Bikinis is not liable for lost or stolen items while in transit.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: A Custom Swimsuit order will take around 7-9 days to complete, and 3-5 business days for shipping. If you need the swimsuit within a certain time frame, please leave a note on your order with any special requests.
-Premade Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the order, and 3-5 business days for shipping.
Q: What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
A: If your order does not arrive please contact sablerosebikinis@gmail.com. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance and provides tracking.
Q: What happens if the fabric I want is no longer available?
A: Our fabrics change pretty frequently. If a fabric is sold out, we will contact you via email to discuss different options for your order. If the fabric is still available from the manufacturer, it will take an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the fabric- no additional charge.
